Bald Eagle traveled to Mill Hall to face the Wildcats of Central Mountain.
Both teams were rather quite in the first inning with the Wildcats getting the only hit in the inning. The second inning was a different story for the Wildcats. Colton Stover started the inning with a triple followed by singles from Curtis Harpster, Larry Bechdel, and Jordan Miller. The Wildcats scored 3 runs on 5 hits in the inning. The top of the 3rd was a quick 3 and out with the help of a big double play which was 1 of many on the night for the Wildcats. The Wildcats tacked on 2 more runs in the bottom of the 3rd to increase their lead to 5. The Eagle were able to get on the board in the 4th when Pillot scored on a RBI single from Kotzer.The Eagles added another run in the 5th when Noll washit by a pitch while the bases were loaded. With the score 5 to 2 going into the bottom of the inning the Wildcats put up 4 more runs on 4 hits and added another in the 6th.The Wildcats heldthe Eagles in check and closed out the game with yet another double play. Final: Bald Eagle 2 Central Mountain 10.
